Radio Tunes - great music 24/7 App Reviews

Long-time sky.fm app user. That UI was clean and uniform. This new app looks just bad, mostly due to the choice of coloring (background and fonts). Not sure why they chose white with green letters, but its ugly and itd be nice if they gave us a choice. Also, iPhone 6 support would be nice (use extra resolution instead of just making things larger). Suggestion--instead of just having the ability to share currently playing songs via social media or email, how about a way to flag songs internally, so I can go back and look at them and buy the songs (from other stores, too, not just iTunes). Something like an internal list of favorite songs. I believe many people drive while listening (I know I do), so a single button way to flag songs would be nice. I cant be typing all sorts of things while driving just to remember a good song. Lastly, says this is ver 1.5, but when I start the app, it says v2. Which is it?

Premium subscriber here. I listen to just a few channels and am getting tired of hearing the same songs too often. The playlist needs to be expanded, and changed weekly. We should not have to hear the same song more than once a month, or even longer. I did not renew my subscription with Apple to iTunes Match for premium iTunes Radio because the playlist of about 50-60 songs for my favorite "Unwind Jazz" channel did not change for the entire year of my subscription. Another irritating practice is they sometimes start a a new song before the previous one has ended - give artist respect for their work. Recent update for iOS8 on my iPad Mini does not go into landscape view. Hope the people at AudioAddict listen to their subscribers because there are a lot of choices available.

Im very happy with the improved quality of the new 320kbps streams. Sounds like you guys also bought some higher quality encoders. The audio quality is fantastic. Two requests: update to the iPhone 6/+ layout and rollout the 320 streams to di.fm!

unfortunately the update is not compatible with ipad 1 so ill have to stop using it.

UPDATE DOES NOT WORK, ESPECIALLY WITH FIRST GEN IPADS!

This app has awesome streaming music when It was working but after the update it wont start. :(

Tha app and music selections are great. Ive been a member for a few years, but really, no landscape mode for the iPad? The old sky.fm app would automatically rotate when setting the iPad into the Zagg keyboard. They need an update to fix this.

Once it lose connection it straggles to establish successful connection again. I have to stop it and reestablish connection manually, annoying.

You keep get ads to sign up for stuff with every button push. Very annoying so I deleted the app

This has become my go-to app for free music. I love it and use it all the time.

I love the app but it is not optimized for iPhone 6 plus.

Love it! This is my smooth jazz go-to now that KWJZ is no longer on the air in Seattle! And then theres Dianna Rose...just like old times...SMOOTH!!!

I am a smooth jazz listener and have always enjoyed SiriusXM Watercolors. When I found Sky and started listening to smooth jazz, I found Jimi Kings taste in music more in tune with my own. The programming is great and the app has gotten more reliable over time. I have also explored smooth lounge, solo piano, and solo guitar and recommend them. Solo piano is the dinner time favorite at home. It is an elegant background to eating. Thanks Sky.FM. I liked the name Skyfm better than radio tunes. But the channels and selection of music are still excellent.

I decided sky.fm was much better than iHeartRadio & installed this app & like others, cant even log in :-( Bounced back to iTunes Radio realizing it probably is more reliable. Hope you fix it soon - I was a di.fm & jazz radio fan too.

Every morning I wake up and play this app. The stations I listen to are incredible. Best mix of songs. I have good internet at home and can listen at 320K WIFI stream. Thats a ton better sounding than most radio apps. If I could save for offline playback that would be my only improvement.

Downloaded today, so far so good running through wifi without drops.

Too often the buffer will initialize and give 40s of music, then requires you to restart the stream to hear more. Keeping the app in the foreground makes no difference. As a premium subscriber this app is extremely frustrating. If only safari streaming worked better
